Producer Payroll

The producer payroll module pays producers for milk on the basis of the payment period in use. The payments could be processed on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. However the period is user definable so any period can be used. The system also has the ability to process a number of advances during each period and provides the ability to settle at the end of each period should this be required. As an integrated part of the solution, all information is available and can be accessed by the module at any time. The producer payroll module is highly configurable, which means that it may be configured to suit any rule defined by a dairy company, and may be further extended as requirements arise.

The requirements for payments also differ on the basis of geography. As a result of this, the system has specific functionality designed to cater for the Federal Order and California Quota systems used in the United States of America and also the EU Quota system used in the European Union and United Kingdom.

This module also includes the ability to manage any taxation regime in place, along with any state enforced levies and deductions along with the ability to manage loans and third parties.

At all stages of the process the system is able to integrate with financial systems.

Dairy companies currently rely on this module to deal with billions of dollars paid to producers for milk delivered each year.

This shows a payments enquiry screen for a producer. It shows the total payment and the breakdown of how this was generated.
