Internet Portal
The Internet portal combines all of the relevant data stored in the solution and presents it on the Internet for producers to access securely. How little or how much information, and the functions available are defined according to user profiles. The portal is also built using CCS (Cascading Style Sheets) so that it may be integrated into an existing Internet site with regard to branding and appearance.
The portal is integrated and dynamic; meaning a change to the parameter driving the Madcap module will dynamically affect the data which is presented within the portal.
Information available from the Internet portal can include items such as:
- Test results
- Production information
- Producer payment information
- Production graphs
- Production performance
- Budget data
- Member equity information
- Company specific documentation
- News, situations vacant, classifieds, events, publications etc
- Forum
- Ability to change username, password and email address
Again all standard reports are provided and the report writer can be used to create your own reports if required.
This is the production performance page which shows how you are going compared with last season also how the rest of the company and producers in your district are performing on average.
